GREET GEO to Host Workshop at EGC 2025
GREET GEO will host a targeted workshop titled “De-risking Geothermal Investments: Strategies for SMEs & Start-ups” at the upcoming European Geothermal Congress (EGC 2025) in Zurich. The session will take place on 8 October 2025, from 10:30 to 11:00, in Seezimmer 1B.
This interactive workshop is designed to support small and emerging players in the geothermal sector by raising awareness of investment risks and introducing practical tools and financing options to mitigate them. Participants will engage in group exercises to identify common barriers and propose actionable recommendations, contributing directly to the development of regional policy and support mechanisms.
